No one can deny that education is a noble profession and modest function that needs certain qualities , manners , as well as unique talents . Good Education establishes developed countries and well- mannered generations equipped with knowledge and information . A good nation pays a great attention to educate its citizens and inculcate principles in their minds so that they may feel the sense of responsibility towards their societies . Thanks to well – selected educators , advanced countries have reached the summit of welfare and prosperity in all fields of life , scientifically , culturally , sociably , financially as well as educationally . Skilful educators help to train green-handed teachers who help in forming the brains of good generations . But for helpful educators , a lot of wealth , time , competence and efficiency would be worthless . In addition to this , successful education aims at directing students' behaviors to the best . Comprehensive education targets to guide students' trends , attitudes and interests to fruitful goals and productive way of thinking . Here comes teachers' role , as educators , to guide their students' live to what benefits them . Aware education doesn't mean filling students' brains with useless information . It is quite the opposite ; that is to say , building students with critical thinking , establishing individuals with souls of discussion , debating , deducing and conversing . Successful education is concentrating on developing students' ability to make dialogues with others so as to refresh minds and reach scientific facts and logic thinking.

Education is an important message before to be a job .First I must be interested in the individual differences between the students, intelligent teacher can Identify the different levels to students through observation and give diverse activities, can find a student improves listening good what is said and Interacts with various activities, while student another needs a longer time to achieve these goals, as can be observation low levels for some students that are very slow to respond. And here comes the role of the teacher in the follow gifted student and help him to progress by providing additional activities commensurate with his abilities and potential. As can be follow and supervision on vulnerable student and help and support him and raise the educational level to him. So the teacher must be patience and remember always that education is a great message.
